By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 720/2025, registered at PS Mukherjee Nagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 331(2)/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

This Court, vide order dated 01.10.2025, considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a young woman aspiring for competitive examinations, directed that no coercive action be taken against her. The said interim protection was thereafter extended by subsequent orders of this Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and in light of the categorical stand taken by the State that no sufficient evidence has been found against the petitioner, the present petition is allowed. The interim protection granted to the petitioner is made absolute. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the IO/SHO/arresting Officer/Trial Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR No. 720/2025 registered at PS Mukherjee Nagar, on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees Twenty Five thousand Only) with one solvent surety of the like amount to their satisfaction on the following terms and conditions:

i. The petitioner shall remain available on mobile numbers, shared by him with the police;

ii. The petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court;

iii. The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner; iv. In case of change of residential address or contact details, the petitioner shall promptly inform the same to the concerned SHO/IO.

It is clarified that nothing stated hereinabove shall be construed as an expression of this court's opinion on the merits of the case, and the same shall not influence nor prejudice the learned Trial Court's decision.
