142/2021 under Section 419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Economic Offence Wing, Delhi Police. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application because of the technical defects in the Application with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law. 3.

Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
