The prayer in the Writ Petition was to challenge the action of the Respondents and not appointing the Petitioner to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in terms of Advertisement dated 11.12.2000 and to so appoint the Petitioner.

Considering that the Petitioner was seeking an appointment pursuant to Advertisement dated 11.12.2000, the relief essentially has become infructuous.
