The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Initiate the Contempt proceedings against the Respondents for their deliberate, wilful and intentional violation of Order dated 21.05.2025, passed by this Hon 'ble Court, by failing to pass a reasoned and speaking order within the stipulated period of time b. Allow the Petitioners to submit the new Trade Certificates and direct the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioners on the basis of the resubmitted trade certificate; c. Award the litigation cost in favor of petitioners; d. Pass any further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
