1. This is an application filed by the appellant seeking modification of order dated 29.10.2024, vide which the appeal was disposed of by granting the appellant time to vacate the suit premises by 30.04.2025, subject to certain conditions.

The appellant is now seeking two months' additional time to vacate the suit premises.

2. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice.

3. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the respondent submits that provided the appellant undertakes to not pray for any further extension of time to vacate the suit premises, the respondent would have no objection to the application being allowed.

4. In the light of this stand taken by the respondent, the application is, for the reasons stated therein, allowed and the appellant is granted time till 30.06.2025 to vacate the suit premises, making it clear that all The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. other conditions set out in the order dated 29.10.2024 will continue to bind the appellant. Further, we make it clear that no further request by the appellant for extension of time to vacate the suit premises will be entertained.
