A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filing on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of the FIR No.484/2013 under Section 354/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Ghazipur, Delhi.

The facts as stated in the FIR are that on 13.11.2013 the Complainant was sweeping the staircase when the Petitioners who reside on the above floor of the Complainant started abusing her. They torned her suit and also gave her beatings with legs and fist. On shouting of the Complainant, the Petitioners ran away. The Complainant made a call at No.100. The PCR came at the spot and recorded her statement. On the basis of her statement a FIR No.484/2013 under Section 354/323/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Ghazipur, Delhi against the Petitioners herein. It is also submitted that accused Ashish has already expired.

respective persons of the vicinity vide MOU dated 13.08.2025 and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The Complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Petitioners, who have filed the present Petition. She has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners on account of the Settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR No.484/2013 registered at Police Station Ghazipur, for offences punishable under Sections 354/323/34 IPC of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the accused persons/Petitioners. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of.
