% 05.05.2015 Respondent no. 4 is father of petitioner no.1 who has married petitioner no.2 of her own free will.

Vide order dated 25th March, 2015 respondent no. 3 was directed to ensure the safety of the petitioners. SI Sanjay Kumar Singh of police station Sadar Bazar, who is present with Additional Standing Counsel (ASC), submits that petitioners are living within the territorial jurisdiction of police station Bara Hindu Rao. He further submits that he has already sent this information to the said police station. Learned ASC submits that SHO of police station Bara Hindu Rao will be sensitized to ensure the safety of the petitioners in case of any threat received by them. It is further submitted that telephone numbers of Beat Constable/Divisional Officer/SHO of police station Bara Hindu Rao will

also be provided to the petitioners.

Respondent no. 4 is present in Court today. He submits that petitioner no. 1 had ran away from her house and he has lost touch with her. He further submits that petitioner no.1 has married petitioner no.2 of her own free will and he has nothing to do with them. He also submits that he has never threatened the petitioners nor has any intention to do so in future. Respondent no. 4 shall remain bound by his statement. In the above facts, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to SHO of police station Bara Hindu Rao to ensure the safety of the petitioners in case of any threat received by them.
