This is a revision petition impugning the order of framing charge dated 21.07.2022, passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate in case FIR No. 205/2019, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar. 2.

There is also a delay of 1000 days in filing the revision petition. Petitioner has not filed any revision before the Sessions Court. 3.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to firstly approach Sessions Court.
