The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent does not oppose the aforesaid request.

In this view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended till 31st March, 2026.
