The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the matter is at the stage of recording of evidence of respondent's witnesses. 6.

In view of the above, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of twelve (12) months from today. 8.

Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate had otherwise expired on 5th September, 2025.

Accordingly, the period from the said date till today is also regularised.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
