The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') to take action for sealing and demolition of the illegal construction at Khasra No. 1031 and 1032, Mahipalpur, New Delhi-110037 ('subject premises'). 2.
A status report has been handed over in Court on behalf of respondent/MCD.

In terms of the said status report, it is stated that demolition action was carried out by MCD officials on 27th February, 2026 at the subject property. Photographs for the same have been filed with the status report. It is further stated that continuous vigil is being maintained by the local police force to ensure that no further construction is carried out in the subject premises.

In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The petition stands disposed of.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of respondents no.3 and 4 are kept open.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
