The limited relief sought by the petitioner is that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT Bench - IV) be directed to decide and dispose of the Interlocutory Applications bearing IA No. 123 / 2025 and IA No. 827 / 2025; IA No. 2946 / 2025 & IA/1099/2025 in CP(IB) No. 1058(ND)/2018 as expeditiously as possible.

This Court is not inclined to issue any peremptory directions to the NCLT, in terms of the prayer/s sought in the present petition; it is for the NCLT to fix its own schedule/calendar of hearings and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. However, given the peculiar circumstances highlighted in the present petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to mention the matter before the concerned Bench on the next date of hearing and request for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid application. The concerned Bench of the NCLT shall make an endeavour to accommodate the said request. 3.
