This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to Respondents to release the lien/freeze on Petitioner's bank account. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition, since the bank account of the Petitioner has been defreezed. 3.

Learned counsel for HDFC, on instructions, acknowledges this position and submits that the debit freeze has been removed from Petitioner's bank account.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application.
