A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of Rejection Order dated 03.09.2025 for grant of Parole to the Petitioner for a period of two months in case FIR No.14/1998 under Section 302/34 IPC registered at Police Station Samaypur Badli.

Learned ASC for State submits that the Petitioner has already been granted Parole for three weeks vide Order dated 14.11.2025. He is presently released.

In view of the submissions made, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
