% 21.01.2016 This is a suit for partition valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for defendant no.2 and plaintiff in person submit that suit property is situated at Jharoda Kalan which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-West, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (SouthWest), Dwarka, Delhi on 21.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
