O R D E R

% 31.08.2018 Learned counsel for the defendant nos. 42 and 45 states that he has no objection if the present suit is decreed in accordance with paragraph 87(B) and (F) of the plaint and the said defendants are directed to destroy spurious/ counterfeit goods seized, if any, by the Local Commissioners and handed over to the said defendants on superdari, in the presence of an authorised representative of the plaintiffs.

In view of the aforesaid statements, learned counsel for the plaintiffs does not wish to press for any other or further relief.

The statements, undertakings and assurances given by learned counsel for the defendant nos. 42 and 45 are accepted by this Court and the said defendants are held bound by the same.

Consequently, present suit is decreed against defendant nos. 42 and 45 in accordance with the aforesaid statements, undertakings and assurances given by learned counsel for the said defendants as well as paragraphs 87(B) and (F) of the plaint. Registry is directed to prepare a decree sheet accordingly.
