A detailed order was passed on 28.5.2018 limiting the issue in this appeal to the claim of the appellant/plaintiff for salary for the month of September, 2010 and seven days of October, 2010. 2.

The Managing Director of the respondent appears in person and says that in order to finish litigation, respondent/defendant will pay to the appellant/plaintiff salary for the month of September, 2010 and for seven days of October, 2010, and on receipt of this amount no claim of the appellant/plaintiff will remain as against the respondent/defendant which was subject matter of the present litigation. 3.

The Managing Director of the respondent company Mr. Rakesh Kalia states that the payment in terms of the present order to the appellant/plaintiff will be made within a period of four weeks from today. RFA 454/2018

Counsel for the appellant will give to Mr.

Rakesh Kalia the bank account details of the appellant so that Mr. Rakesh Kalia can deposit the amount in terms of the present order within four weeks in the bank account of the appellant/plaintiff.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
