Crl. Rev. P. 363/2017 & Crl. M.A. 8244/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that insufficient maintenance allowance has been ordered by the Trial Court, however without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties the petitioner prefers to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his issues before the Trial Court in a time frame manner, preferably within six months
time.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with the direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the maintenance petition within six months as far as possible from receipt of copy of this order.
