% 21.03.2025 It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that settlement talks are going on between the parties to amicably settle the disputes. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition in case the settlement talks fail. Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
