% 02.03.2017 Mr.Rajesh Mahajan, learned ASC has submitted that parole was rejected to the petitioner by this Court on 22.02.2017. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not aware about the same. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition after clarifying the facts and on the petitioner getting entitled for parole. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition, if desires, as per law.
