Since an arbitral tribunal has been appointed in ARB.P. 1479/2024 and ARB.P. 1497/2024, it would be apposite if the present petition is considered and dealt with by the learned Sole Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is directed accordingly. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner emphasizes the extreme urgency of the matter and the necessity of urgent interim measures. Let the said request be considered by the learned Sole Arbitrator and an endeavour be made to decide the application expeditiously.
