The present petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner- Mohd. Adil Khan under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for production of his sister, who is stated to be wrongfully detained in the P.S. Kapashera in connection to an FIR registered against her husband, being FIR No. 299/2024, registered at P.S. R.K.Puram.

At the time when the matter was heard, ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the sister of the Petitioner has been released by the PS. Kapashera and she is now on her way home. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 7.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
