% 16.03.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that sale transaction with respect to flat No.F-9/1, Ground Floor, Shastripuram Road, Vayu Vihar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh have been reversed in terms of the statement made before this Court on 17th July, 2015.

Respondent no.1 has tendered an unconditional apology by an affidavit dated 15th March, 2016. The apology of respondent no.1 is accepted.

The contempt petition is disposed of in view of the apology tendered by respondent no.1.
