Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.01.2025, the petitioner had joined the investigation. He submits that the petitioner has not been able to deposit the amount of Rs. 48,980/- with the learned trial court within a period of one month, as undertaken by the petitioner for the reason that the petitioner could not arrange the said funds.
He further submits that the petitioner has now arranged the funds and will be depositing the said amount with the learned trial court within a period of one week. The statement is taken on record. 2.
