% 06.02.2025 The petitioner has filed affidavit dated 21.12.2024 in the matter, whereby she states that she had never assured or committed or instructed her counsel that she would deposit Rs.75 lacs as condition for grant of the interim protective order dated 05.11.2024.

This matter was heard at length on 05.11.2024, when after considering the circumstances obtaining in the matter (as also detailed in the said order), this court had granted to the petitioner interim protection against coercive measures subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.75 lacs by way of a fixed deposit in the name of the Registrar General of this court and subject to her joining investigation as and when called by written notice duly served upon her by the Investigating Officer. Though the petitioner joined investigation, she had failed to make the requisite deposit; and accordingly, vide order dated 05.12.2024, this court clarified that the interim protective order dated 05.11.2024 was no longer in effect or operation.
