By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant, who is arrayed as an accused in FIR No.1121/2024 registered under Sections 77, 351(2), 308 (2), BNS & Section 66(e) IT Act, 2000 at P.S. Meerpet, Telangana, seeking transit anticipatory bail.

Mr. Vasdev, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was granted the protection on 11.10.2024 whereafter he joined the investigation on three occasions. However, before the applicant could seek recourse to his remedies before the concerned court at Telangana, he had to rush back to Delhi on account of his medical condition. The present petition is accompanied by the medical documents. Lastly, it is submitted that all the offences are punishable for less than 7 years. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and does not dispute the aforesaid factum of applicant joining the investigation. The medical documents placed on record also stand verified and a Status Report in this regard has also been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record.

Considering that the applicant was earlier granted the relief pursuant to which he also joined the investigation on multiple occasions, however, could not move an appropriate application before the concerned court, the present application is disposed of with a direction that no coercive steps be taken against the present applicant for a period of four weeks from today during which time, the applicant shall approach the concerned Court.
