The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the directions of this Court dated 27.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11757/2024. 5.

Learned Central Government Standing Counsel [„CGSC‟] for the respondents is present on advance notice. 6.

In a nutshell, the respondents had been directed to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner with them within four weeks of the aforementioned order.
