It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that status report has been filed. It seems that the same is still not on record. 2.

Sh. Raj Kumar Patel, Superintending Archeologist/respondent No.2 is present in person and submits that one Sh. Dinesh Kumar has already been appointed as nominee and even the Identity Card for such nominee has been prepared.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that such nominee would go and collect the Identity Card personally from the office of the respondent.

Sh. Raj Kumar Patel, Superintending Archeologist/respondent No.2 has no objection to the above.
