This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 0321/2006 dated 09.04.2006 under Sections 279/337 IPC registered at PS South Rohini, Delhi.

On the last date, this Court directed a report to be called from the District Judge, Rohini regarding the status of the FIR. 3.

The report has been received from the District Judge, Rohini, wherein it has been stated that the matter has been compounded on the settlement of the parties.

For the said reasons, nothing survives in the FIR and hence it has become infructuous.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
