This petition has been filed for setting aside impugned order dated 25th October 2024 passed in FIR No.232/2024 PS Mangol Puri under Sections 307/457/34 IPC and cancelling the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C.

Considering the directions passed today in the connected matter being BAIL APPLN.4007/2024, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, impugned order 25th October 2024 is hereby recalled and proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. are accordingly quashed.

Petitioner undertakes to appear before the Trial Court and the IO, as and when so directed / summoned.

This petition stands disposed of accordingly. Pending application is rendered infructuous.
