The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "a) The Claim Petition(s) bearing MACT No.545/202 2, titled KRISHNA GUPTA & OTHERS VS. KRISHAN PAL & OTHERS, and MACT No.547/ 2022 titled as SANTOSH DEVI Vs. KRISHAN PAL & OTHERS, as pending before Judge-MACT, EAST, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, and, b) The Claim Petition(s) bearing MACT No.371/2022, titled as RAJINDER GOYAL VS. KRISHAN PAL & OTHERS, and MACT No.372/2022 titled as NIDHI GOYAL Vs. KRISHAN PAL & OTHERS, as pending before JudgeMACT, NORTH EAST, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, to the Court of, c) Hon'ble Court of Judge MACT, SHAHDARA at Karkardooma Courts, at Delhi, where the other Claim Cases titled as VIKAS GARG Vs. KRISHAN PAL, MACT No.601/2022, and ANIL KUMAR SHARMA & OTHERS VS. KRISHAN PAL, MACT- 600 /2022, are pending for adjudication, alleged to be arising out of the same accident which occurred on 14.06.2022 and having the same cause of action." 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that they do not have any objection if all the six cases are tried by one Court. 3.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, it would be appropriate if the matters are adjudicated by one Court. Accordingly, four cases stand transferred to the Judge-MACT, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, where the cases bearing MACT No. 601/2022 and MACT No. 600/2022 are already pending. Ordered accordingly.
