The petitioner is invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court assailing the impugned circular dated 14.10.2024 passed by the respondent/DDA with regard to framing of a policy for seeking membership at Siri Fort Sports Complex.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/DDA is present on advance notice and his Clerk is present in the Court and he has handed over a copy of the Circular dated 29.10.2024. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/DDA submits that the impugned circular has since been withdrawn. 5.

In view of the aforesaid development, the present writ petition is rendered „infructuous‟. The same is accordingly dismissed. 6.

The Registry is directed to digitize the copy of the Circular dated 29.10.2024, which is placed on the record and the same be kept on the digitized record.
