This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 12.10.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal'), in Contempt Petition No. 806/2024 in Original Application No. 3157/2024, titled Kore Nihal Pramod v. Dr.Vivek Joshi Secretory D/o Personnel & AMP; Training R-2 AIIMS, whereby notice was issued in the contempt proceedings and the respondent was directed to file a compliance affidavit within a period of four weeks.

We are informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner has also filed a contempt petition against the respondent The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the above, we do not wish to proceed further with the present petition.

The petition is disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the proceedings pending before the learned Tribunal or before this Court.
