By way of present petition, the petitioners seek following prayers:- " (a) Writ Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, read with section 482 of Cr.P.C and 582 of BNSS, 2023 praying for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction granting protection to the Petitioners from the Respondents..." 2.

On the last date of hearing, notice was issued. Today, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and are identified by the I.O. They submit that they have no objection to the marriage solemnized between the petitioners and undertake that they would not take any steps which may harm any one of them. The undertaking is accepted, taken on record and they are made bound by the same.
