The petitioner/tenant in these proceedings under proviso to Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act has assailed the eviction order dated 04.12.2017. But admittedly, the same eviction order was also challenged by the petitioner/tenant by way of review application preferred under Section 25B(9) of the Act. The said review application was dismissed by the learned Additional Rent Controller by way of detailed order dated 12.01.2018.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner/tenant on instructions of his client present in court seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
