Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel states that she does not oppose the prayers made in the application. The substantive prayers made in the application are as follows:- "a) Pass an order extending the last date for submission of fixed deposit receipt being FDR No.300721505281 dated 12.04.2018 having maturity amount of INR 1,24,978, till 30.04.2018 and b) Pass and order condoning the delay of 06 days in the submission of CODS 2018 application along with audited balance sheets and annual returns."

The prayers made in the application are allowed for the reasons W.P.(C) 2151/2018

given therein.
