The matter is taken up today as 14.4.2016 was declared a holiday on account of birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. 2.

This suit is disposed of by decreeing the suit in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) but plaintiff will not be entitled to any damages from the defendant but defendant will pay a token expenditure amount of Rs.35,000/- to the plaintiff within a period of six weeks from today through the counsel for the plaintiff as is agreed to by the parties. 3.

Since the suit is disposed of by compromise before recording of evidence, plaintiff will be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fee and CS(OS) No.1306/2012

therefore Registry is directed to issue the necessary certificate in favour of the plaintiff.
