% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a total sum of `4,60,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixy Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum of `4,60,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with DHCLSC within 03 weeks, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. Additional sum so deposited shall be proportionately paid towards the claim of the claimants in consonance with the terms of the impugned award. The impugned award stands modified accordingly. (A.K.
