% 21.02.2019 This petition seeks inter alia directions to the Investigation Agency to carry out investigations outside the country as well in respect of para 39 of the Status Report dated 24.10.2013 and for issuance of Look Out Circular against the accused persons.

Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for GNCTD states that after due investigation, the Chargesheet has been filed. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition with liberty to pursue its remedies as may be available in law.
