The present petition has been filed seeking extension of interim bail in connection with FIR No. 100/2022 under Section 302/201/34 IPC read with Section 27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Sector-23, Dwarka, Delhi.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted interim bail by the Court of ASJ-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi vide order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
03.09.2025 on the ground that the petitioner had to arrange and pay the tuition fee for his daughter for her admission in a professional course. Besides that the house of the petitioner was stated to be in a dilapidated and deteriorating condition which required immediate repair and maintenance. The said interim bail was granted to the petitioner for a period of 10 days. Subsequently, on an application for extension being filed by the petitioner, the learned ASJ-02, Dwarka Courts, vide order dated 15.09.2025 further extended the interim bail for a period of 15 days with effect from 15.09.2025.

Ms. Kirti Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 15.09.2025, the petitioner ought to have surrendered before the concerned Jail Superintendent on 01.10.2025 i.e. today. However, the petitioner was admitted in 'Singhal Hospital' on 30.09.2025 due to his medical condition.

Elaborating further, she submits that the Blood Pressure and the Sugar Level of the petitioner were unusually high, which led to his admission in the hospital and presently, the petitioner has been shifted to the ICU of the said hospital.

The concerned I.O. namely, Insp. Prem Kumar has also joined through VC. He informs the Court that upon verification, it has transpired that the petitioner is being treated for high BP and Sugar level, and the treating doctors have given to understand that once the parameters of the petitioner stabilizes in a couple of days, he will be discharged from the hospital.

In view of the above, issue notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned APP for the State accepts notice.

Having regard to the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by learned ASJ-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi vide order dated 03.09.2025 and subsequently extended vide order dated 15.09.2025, is further extended for a period of 10 days from today on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the orders dated 03.09.2025 and 15.09.2025. Let petitioner surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on 11.10.2025. 10.
The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 11.
