By the present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail for a period of four weeks in FIR No. 92/2020 dated 07.08.2020, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, for offences under Sections 409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

This Court, by order dated 12.09.2025, in BAIL APPLN. 2710/2025, had admitted the applicant on interim bail for a period of three weeks noting that he is required to undergo surgery of prostate.

The present application is filed on the ground that the applicant could not undergo the requisite surgery for which he The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. was granted bail and the surgery is now fixed for 10.10.2025. 4.
It has been verified by the State that the surgery of the applicant is to be conducted on 10.10.2025. The verification report in this regard has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record.

Even though there is some delay in getting the treatment done, on a purely humanitarian ground, the interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 12.09.2025 is extended for a period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions as imposed therein.

The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before 24.10.2025.
