Though this petition has been filed with the following prayers, laying a challenged to the order of dismissal from service:- "i. Set aside the Office Order No. P-8-3/2017-Estt.2-214 dated 02.02.2018 passed by the Commandant, Central Reserve Police Force, 214 Battalion, Dalda Factory, Latehar, Jaharkhand. ii. Set aside the Office Order No. R-13-214/ 2020-Estt. 3 dated 13.10.2020 passed by the Deputy Inspector General, Reg. iii. Set aside the Office Order No R-13-09/21-C.S.Admin -3 dated 02.11.2021 passed by the Inspector General, Lucknow. iv. Set aside the Office Order No R 13-01/2022-DA1 (Vig.) dated 12.07.2022 passed by the Special Director General, Central Sector, CRPF at Salt Lake, Sector 3, H. C. Block, Kolkata, West Bengal.

v. Set aside the Office order dated 23.12.2022, passed by the Director General of the CRPF, New Delhi.

vi. Grant costs of this Petition vii. Award such further and other reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require and/or viii. Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, for which act of kindness the petitioner as is duty bound shall ever pray."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall withdraw the writ petition to enable the petitioner make a representation for grant of compassionate allowance under Rule 41 of CCS Pension Rules. 3.
