The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Call for the personal appearance of the Contemnors to explain the blatant contempt of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 1280 of 2025 titled as 'Master Manraaj Luthra Through Dr. Jatinder Singh Luthra vs. Central Board of Secondary Education & Ors.';
b) Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Contemnors under Section 2(B) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. c) Direct the Contemnors to comply without fall with the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court; and d) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
In pursuance of the directions given by the learned Single Judge of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 1280 of 2025, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1/ CBSE has brought to the Court todayoriginal Migration Certificate and Marks Statement cum Certificate of Secondary School Examination, Year 2024. The said original documents have been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner-Mr. Shubham Pandey.

Father of the petitioner/ Master Manraaj Luthra appears through video conferencing today. He has no objection if the said original documents are handed over to Mr. Shubham Pandey. Copy of the same be taken on record under acknowledgement.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner doesn't wish to press the present petition.
