The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "A.Initiate proceedings against the respondent/contemnor under the Contempt of Courts Act and punish the said contemnor for deliberate non-compliance and wilful disobedience of the breach and violation of the said orders dated 17-5-2025 and 8 7-2025 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, New Delhi District in case no. GP 14/2024 case title as Neelam Tanwar Vs. Pink;

B. Pass any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be awarded in favor of the petitioner, in the interest of Justice."
