Learned counsel for the parties submit that possession of the front portion of the premises in question (which is the subject matter of the present contempt petition) has been handed over to the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that consequently, the pending proceedings / applications before the concerned Trial Court shall be withdrawn by the said respondent.

It is stated on behalf of the respondent that he shall convey to the concerned Trial Court that he has no objection to the possession of the petitioner, and the handing over of keys of the premises to the petitioner. 4.
The said statement is taken on record.

As far as the payment of outstanding utility bills and the mesne profits / use and occupation charges is concerned, the parties are at liberty to agitate the matter before the Executing Court.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition; the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
