The present petition under Section 2(b) read with Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: - "a.

Allow the present contempt petition and set aside the Amendment Letter No. VII dated 26.09.2025 issued by the Respondent;

b.

Issue notice of Contempt of Courts against the Respondent; c.

Initiate proceedings for contempt of the Hon'ble Court against the Contemner for its willful disobedience and prosecute them in accordance with Law;

d.

Punish the Respondent in accordance to the law for their wilful disobedience of Order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 14630 of 2025;

e.

Direct the Respondent to forthwith comply with the directions contained in the Order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 14630 of 2025; and f.
