Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0421/2020 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at PS: Sector-23, Dwarka, Delhi.

Chargesheet already stands filed on 07.12.2022 and the matter is listed for arguments on charge.

It is submitted that there is no prima facie case made out against present two Petitioners, who are parents-in-law of the Complainant. However, the factual matrix can be best appreciated before the learned Trial Court.

Since, the case is already at the stage of framing of charge, present Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to address arguments on merits before the learned Trial Court. NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA, J.
