We have heard the respective counsels.

The Settlement Agreement dated 9th February 2026 is taken on record. 3.

The respective counsels jointly made a prayer before this Court that the appeal can be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 9th February 2026 and a decree to that effect can be drawn. 4.

That being so, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 6.

The date already fixed i.e., 13th April 2026 stands cancelled. CM APPL. 15563/2026 (For release of decretal amount) 7.

by respective counsel appearing for the parties, the counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if the amount of Rs.6,27,463/- is released to the applicant/appellant, in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 8.
