The present Appeal has been filed against an interim interlocutory order dated 16.09.2025 ("Impugned Order") passed by the learned Single Judge in CS (OS) 626/2025 during pendency of the said suit.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the application for grant of temporary injunction, filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), is pending The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. before the learned Single judge and is listed for consideration on 15.10.2025.

3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the parties have reached a consensus. It is agreed that the directions contained in paragraph (ii) of the Impugned Order shall remain deleted/inoperative until the learned Single Judge decides the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of the CPC.

4. It is needless to state that the observations made in the Impugned Order or by this Court shall have no bearing on the merits of the case pending before the learned Single Judge. 5.

Accordingly, the present Appeal, along with all pending applications, stands disposed of.
