% 30.03.2017 EA (OS) No. 152/2017 This is an application filed on behalf of the Decree Holder for revival of the Execution Petition and transferring the same to the District Judge, Saket in pursuance to the order dated 15.02.106. The above petition was adjourned sine die as the Decree Holder was unable to trace out the whereabouts of the Judgment Debtor. It is stated that the Decree Holder has now ascertained that the Judgment Debtor is still available at the address stated in the petition. He also undertakes that the Decree Holder would take the necessary steps to serve the Judgment Debtors.

In view of the above, the petition is revived. EX.P. 7/2014 The present execution petition is filed for enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 14.05.2001. It is seen that the amount involved is below the

pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and accordingly, the petition is required to be transferred to the District Court.

Accordingly, the petition is transferred to the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge, (South East District), Saket Courts, Delhi. List on 15.05.2017 before the concerned Court. VIBHU BAKHRU, J MARCH 30, 2017 pkv
